Mr. Christopher Martinez is an Army Technologist and Cybersecurity Practitioner currently serving as a Fellow in the Army Future Studies Group. In his career, Mr. Martinez has served in a myriad of assignments throughout the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. Assignments include: U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (Software Engineering Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Cybersecurity Directorate, Portland, OR), U.S. Army Cyber Command, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center (CACHQ, Fort Leavenworth, KS), U.S. Army Chief Information Officer/G-6 (HQDA, Pentagon, VA), U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SWFPAC, Naval Base Kitsap - Silverdale, WA), and U.S.. Navy Naval Air Systems Command (Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment, Naval Support Activity, Lakehurst, NJ). Mr. Martinez’s most recent assignments include Cybersecurity Change Manager, Cyber Change Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology (ACE-IT), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and Army Knowledge Leader, HQDA CIO/G-6. Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology Systems from the University of Washington; and a Master of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Information Security from Purdue University.
