Karen Burke
EDUCATION
Ms. Burke holds an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Western New England College and the Naval Post Graduate School and BA in Research Psychology from Framingham State College, where she minored in Economics. She is level III certified in both Program Management and Systems Engineering and is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps.
EXPERIENCE
Ms. Burke is the Acting Soldier and Squad Science & Technology (S&T) Portfolio Directory in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology on assignment from Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center/RDECOM. Ms. Burke is a Defense Acquisition Professional with 25+ years of experience across Army S&T. Ms. Burke served as a Fellow in the Chief of Staff of the Army – Strategic Studies Group, 2015-2017. She is a 2014 graduate of the US Army Acquisition Support Center (USAAC) Competitive Development Group/Army Acquisition Fellowship Program.
