Colonel (Retired) Kathy Knapp is a 29 year veteran of the United States Army with assignments including the White House, The Pentagon, The United States Embassy in Pakistan and EUCOM Headquarters in Germany. She is also an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach with more than a dozen years of experience coaching and teaching at the University level, including at National Defense University, where she was the Department Chair of the Strategic Leadership Department.
