Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching Expert
Kathy is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Leadership with emphasis on Executive Coaching. She is a 29-year veteran of the US Army with strategic assignments including The White House, The Pentagon, The US Embassy in Pakistan, and Combatant Command Headquarters.

As an organizational leadership expert and executive coach with over 35 years of global experience, Kathy combines coaching with leadership training, resources, and expertise to develop potential in individuals, managers, teams, and executives. She has over 12 years of educational experience teaching and coaching federal and industry executives.

As the Strategic Leadership Department Chair at the National Defense University, Kathy oversaw the accreditation and education of a Master’s degree component for strategic leadership for federal executives from across national security agencies. Her executive education experience includes partnered delivery in Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, France, Germany, England, and Pakistan. Her corporate education includes think tank studies on global competition in the Education, Weapons, and Aircraft Industry sectors.

Kathy created K2 Leadership Group to provide consulting for executives and corporate teams on leadership development, International Coach Federation certified leadership coaching, and a wide variety of leader development assessment instruments.
